You Need Python 3.6 to run this Project.
After installing Python,

1. Run pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Run uvicorn app:app The server has started at http://127.0.0.1:8000
   and you can do a post request in http://127.0.0.1:8000/predict using a json format like this

and after this you'll recieve a resonse with blur_face image and
the number of face in it.
