caQTLseg is written in C++. It was developed in Microsoft Visual Studio, and also compiles on OS/X and Linux using make. It has been tested on Windows 7, Windows 10, and OS/X. No non-standard hardware is required.
After compilation, make sure the executable file is included in the system path. Compilation and installation should take less than an hour for knowledgable users.
The script test.bat in the demo folder reproduces the analysis illustrated in Figure 8 in the paper (Ajore et al) on Windows systems.
caQTLseg is a command line tool. For instructions, type caQTLseg -? and press enter.
