Matlab scripts for supporting the results presented in the manuscript "Quantification of optimal resource allocation strategies for controlling epidemics"

To reproduce some of the figures(subfigures) presented in the paper, user has to run the corresponding matlab script.

The scripts are arranged the in the following format: run_fig_subfigureID_shortcaption.m. For example, by running the script "run_fig_3a_beta_e_vs_u_long.m" will reproduce the Figure 3(a) presented in the paper.
