Fixed broken stackoverflow link and targeted the link to referenced question.
In the documentation linked below, the current text refers to the question of HSV value selection for tracking, and it's presence on stackoverflow.com. When the link is clicked, the page is interpreted as a relative link which is correctly met with a 404 error.
In my current proposal, the link is now absolute so it correctly links to stackoverflow.com. Now, instead of bringing the reader to the homepage of stackoverflow, they are now brought to the question regarding the selection of HSV values to track with OpenCV. The link has been tested, and works perfectly.
