Issues with upgrade to duktape 2.0.0

This is an awesome library ... thanks!

I used it successfully with Duktape 1.6.0 however I tried upgrading to version 2.0.0 and although it compiles OK, sqlite3.exe crashes whenever I try to use the createjs() function.

I am on Windows 10 using Visual Studio 2015.

After your report, I tried it using Duktape 2.0.0 (on a Mac) and I didn't manage to reproduce the crash. Sadly I don't have access to a Windows 10 machine with Visual Studio (only Windows 7 in a VM), so it will take a while for me.

Tried this with the most recent version of duktape (2.0.1) and it works on windows!
