Make ngx-datatable independent from extensible-table

Recently, i have made a changes in extensible-component to solve pagination and filtering problems. See: #19194 #19203

After that pull-request, the ngx-datatable is broken(it causes breaking-change) and fully depend on extensible-table. It shouldn't be.

So, the changes are made in extensible-table should be moved to ngx-datatable-list-directive.ts for making ngx-datatable independent from extensible-table.
