Hi,

I found launchSettings.json appears in manifest of nuget packages, e.g., Volo.Abp.Identity.HttpApi.
It creates launchSettings.json in dependent projects, even it's just a Library project. This kinda not make sense. Coud just tidy up launchSettings.json and exclude them from nuget package manifest please?
