What are some specific use cases that this solves? |

This PR was prompted when I tried sending screenshots generated via Javascript. from an HTML canvas element. I'm sure there might be other use cases involving client-side generated image data. |

Not planning on supporting this right now. Potentially in the future I'll add a File class that could support multiple methods of preparing the file. |
