Perhaps I was using the wrong method. There were no shared folders: I tried the method at https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive/blob/master/docs/BusinessSharedFolders.md instead but it listed only one folder ...

Solved. My mistake was using URLs rather than names. As soon as I used the wanted name from "The following SharePoint site names were returned" list, the command listed the required data:

I browsed one of the SharePoint site names that were returned and saw URL https://<redacted>.sharepoint.com/sites/crm so tried using that URL but got an error:
