Twitter feed app with React

• npm run watch starts a local webserver and watchify
• npm run build builds app and generates source map
• install guard livereload and run bundle exec guard for livereload
• install sass gem install sass and run sass --watch sass/app.scss:css/app.css
• run composer install for the php part
