Currently RARE works best in RACE mode, and has some undocumented issues when running in WEEKEND format.
Currently RARE is completely broken for online play, however I am investigating how to fix this issue for the v1.2.0.0 release.
If you have any question or suggestions, please feel free to add a new issue. If you would want to help me write these docs, that would be greatly appreciated.
