Initial Release

Set of ImageJ (FIJI) macros to import raw TIF images of time series Calcium imaging recordings, correct for photo-bleaching, identify regions of highest fluorescence change to assist in ROI placement, and calculate deltaF/F as a function of time for each ROI.
