• type of issue (injection, cross-site scripting, etc)
• package related to issue (server, query buider, etc) and it's version
• a minimal way to reproduce the vulnerability
• proof of concept or exploit code

You can report us in English or Portuguese (Brazilian), please refer to google's technical writing to assert a efficient security report.
