ACC-40 Создать клиентское приложение AccessoAdmin[Dev] в базе Accesso

  • Нужно для получения ID и приватного ключа
  • Прописать redirect_uri для локальной разработки админки и дев сервера
  • Создание приложения можно вынести в миграцию
  • Прописать статический предсказуемый uuid для идентификатора (например 00000000-0000-4000-acce-0000000000ad)
  • И такой же статический секретный ключ, чтобы значения можно было легко использовать для разработки
