I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I am not getting an option at all to capture an NPC. I've been looking all over for it! Someone help me!

In 3.3.2 you will need to put down a module and set it like this:

In next release the "require surrender" will act like it says and only apply to players. But for now it needs to be "No" to work on AI. (ref #2783)
