Direct FUSE

This release allows the flaccue FUSE filesystem to directly process cue sheets and extract tracks. This allows usage of the cue sheet extraction with any music player or Plex Scanner, as the files show up as if they existed on disk.

A custom Plex scanner is still available, although no longer necessary (note: libraries created with the old scanner won't work with the new FUSE filesystem).
