generateTX* generates the appropriate transaction from the cmd line given input from JSON
getbalance gets balances of MSC addresses
geConsensus calculates consesnsus
redeemMultisig redeems dust or multisig (1 of n) outs automatically (if you're a msc dev, very useful)
