Sounds like a bug in IGPU drivers. A hang happens in the IGPU resulting in this kernel panic. I do not think we will investigate this, but thanks for the detailed report. Perhaps other people are interested. |
Same with KBL UHD 620 on SkyLake framebuffer. 10.15.5 Laptop reboots when watching AVI films in iina player |
I have also encountered this problem recently but not sure how to trigger that. Although I have kpdescribe.shpanic(cpu 2 caller 0xffffff7f86add9b3): "[IGPU] ERROR: SafeForceWake acknowledgement never received on GLOBAL domain, fFlags.systemInSleep: 0, fFlags.enabled: 1\n"@skl/IntelAccelerator.cpp:7758 Slide: 0x0000000003600000 Fortunately I'm still on 10.15.4 and there's KDK available. I have switched to |

Have you found any solutions now? It was so bored when crashes had been happened. |
@PCanyi Unfortunately not yet. It's even exist on 10.16 (my first kp on Big Sur lol). I have enabled development kernel but every time it panics, it will just freeze and waiting for debugger… But my laptop doesn't have an ethernet or serial (seriously?) port and debugging through thunderbolt 3 is also not realistic. There is even no log in nvram after reboot. I tried several sets of "debug=" boot-args and trying to get it dump and reboot when it panic but none works. I'm not sure if the results will be the same as keepsyms with release kernel. |
WTF, I can not hear more worse news than it If this kernel panic would also be happened at big sur. It is so bored and the system had been crashing continiously |
Have you tried this? Close power nap. |
May be you are right. |

@vit9696 can you reopen this issue ? It seems not only one case. |
Latest WEG fixes that issue. You either do not have the latest version of loaded WEG or it is not functioning properly. Please update everything to the latest DEBUG versions and attach OpenCore (Target 67) and Lilu log (generated ondisk with liludump=60 -liludbgall in /var/log/Lilu???.txt). |
@vit9696 After update to the latest WEG and OpenCore, my hackintosh run a week without panic, but it panics with another error yesterday.
Lilu log(After panic restart): OpenCore log: |
你的解决了吗 @ourfor @ourfor Did you resolve this issue? (translation by @PMheart) |
@ThxGodNovember 我的是 UHD 630,更换驱动到 @ThxGodNovember I have UHD 630. After changing the primary driver to |
Can you share your changes? how to choose a better driver? thx |
Just change GPU driver to an appropriate one, nothing others changes. |
Any details, please? |
Problem:
My system crashes and reboot suddenly and frequencely 5 time per day with error report

When I use vmware fusion, this problem will be reproducted quickly.
I Opened following debug options:
Target params args equal 67
-wegdbg
-liludbgall liludump=60
-v keepsyms=1 debug=0x100
And My System and all the softwares were newest:
My Hardware informations are:
