Proxying not defined paths

What do you think about adding an option to proxy not defined path from defined upstream server?

Definitely a great idea.

Could mean you can proxy some routes to a real back end, or another fake back end.

I'll mark this as an enhancement.

I've started working on this and will have a branch with support for upstream proxying undefined paths shortly. 👍

Proxying for not only non-defined paths would be good as a way of adding custom handlers to apib.

We've had some code in the works for this, but haven't had the time to explore this properly.

I'll update this issue when we are looking at this again 👍
