This change was requested by the ACT Task Force. They wanted it to be clearer that accessible names have to be tested separately from testing those the accessible name exists.

I'm not sure what "correct" means in these contexts. It could means "correct" according to some spec of how accessible names are formed; or "correct" in their meaning with respect of the associated element.

"descriptive" of whatever it is naming?
We have several rules that use "descriptive" for accessible names.
