Execute action based on condition (if a certain field is selected or has value)

Suppose I want multiple actions e.g. Collect Submissions and Register
Normally whatever is entered in the form of the action Collect Submissions will be executed
But in a different scenario, let's say I have a field name Be a registered member where the value is Yes or No and the action Register will be executed if the value is Yes

How to enable Action action if a certain field value is Yes?
