This hides the confusing debug log reported in #1511 behind an unusually verbose log level (
-2) which is even more verbose than ARC's default log-level (debug) so that you won't see it anymore.This message might still be useful for anyone familiar with how ARC works, so I refrained from removing it entirely. Instead, I rephrased it a bit. It now explains another aspect of what ARC does there, so that it's still helpful while being less scary than before.
