Just out of curiosity, what's generally the turnaround we aim for with new xcode versions and iOS SDKs? Just asking since WWDC season is coming up, and there will likely be a rotating cast of new xcode beta versions for a little while

@bfreiband
Apple releases new versions of Xcode and SDK that contain new features, support new methods and devices, and contain patches for existing vulnerabilities and bugs. Apple periodically forces the community to use new versions of Xcode if developers want their programs to be published in the Appstore. This is most often dictated either by security considerations or by general hardware and software compatibility.
As a result, the community is asking us to release these updates ASAP in order to be prepared for upcoming changes.
We therefore try to provide the latest versions of packages as quickly as possible, which is not always easy since Xcode is not an application that can be easily installed in the “multiple versions on one agent” mode. And we try to provide as many versions of Xcode's and SDK packages as possible, since not all developers are interested in updates. Vicious circle of the supply chain. 😃

Requires actions/runner-images#9840

There's the removal of NSItemProviderTypeAvailability in UIKit, but we
haven't released a stable version of `objc2-ui-kit` yet, so that's fine.
