Not sure if removing TF/VS error codes is necessary or will break certain telemetry/tracing.
I just deleted all fwlinks and aka.ms links based on strings that seemed like they could be surfaced to the user through error messages, and should not impact any behavior
There are still a lot of references to "VSTS" in code, environment variables, etc that will need to removed but that may have behavioral side-effects
