actions/setup-ruby is broken, it errors with: - Version 2.6 not found - Version 2.7 not found These issues are not very reassuring: - actions/setup-ruby#65 - actions/setup-ruby#67 - actions/setup-ruby#63 (comment)

When a ruby version isn't found in the image cache, all you get is
##[error]Version 2.6.5 not found. At least in the case of a patch version, it would be good for the error message to recommend the user try specifying only major and minor (e.g.2.6.x)The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
