Description:
In the scope of this PR, some versions of development dependencies were bumped. This bump was inspired by dependabot's PRs:
Some of the dependencies like jest-circus or typescript also required the other (related) dependencies to be updated, so it was also done. As previously the typescript 4.3.2 was used, during the switch to 4.9.4
tsconfig.jsonfile had to be updated to incorporate the setting:useUnknownInCatchVariables: falsewhich helps to solve this peculiarity of the newer typescript.Related issue:
