feat(forms): rename interfaces to forms

What does this PR do?

• Rename Interfaces to Forms
• Add Toggles and Text Areas
• Wait for Response to be Checked by Default
• Interfaces link should show the Form in Draft
• File Submission Trigger
• Fix scrolling issue if card length exceeds screen size
• Fix description overflow under next input if too long issue
