[Bug]: Amount size issues in updated mobile view

• I have searched and found no existing issue
• I will be providing steps how to reproduce the bug (in most cases this will also mean uploading a demo budget file)

What happened?

@joel-jeremy When viewing the updated mobile budget on a narrow screen the budgeted/spent column gets squished down in size. So far it only happens after changing to the spent view, then gets stuck small.

I think this only happens on screens small enough to trigger the combined column.
