Cursor in editor window is off by one character

Using 0.3.8 in Safari on a Mac w OS 10.9. When in the editing window, the cursor is off by one character to the right. The two shots below show the cursor position just before and after I type the letter 'T' into the window.

I'm experiencing this problem also. OS 10.9.1 Web IDE 0.3.8.

Is this only happening in Safari for you? Any way you can try it out in Chrome or Firefox to reproduce it?

I don't have Chrome, but I don't see the problem on Firefox

I'm not seeing the problem in Chrome. So it appears to be a problem with
Safari/Mavericks.

Safari in OSX 10.9.1

Cursor displays in the wrong place

Attached is a screenshot.
the paragraph marker shows where the insert point is, but the cursor display (black line) is displayed too far to the right. the error distance increases with the number of characters in the line.

For me, This occurs in the file editing window, but not the terminal window.

This does not occur in Chrome, or Firefox, but I am having much worse issues with both of those browsers.
