Added support for VEGA ARIES Boards

The VEGA ARIES boards is a fully indigenous and a “Made in India” product to get started with basic microprocessor programming and embedded systems. This board is built upon a RISC-V ISA compliant VEGA Processor with easy-to-use hardware and software. The board is added in Arduino IDE.

I have added support for VEGA ARIES Boards by incorporating a few lines of code inside the show() function. This modification does not impact any other architecture. I have tested it with a few examples using the WS2812B chip, and it is functioning properly.
