Remove composite device entries that don't specify MI=. #5

Consolidate nearly all usbser drivers into a single consolidated installer.
Convert some files that were UTF-16 to ASCII.

Bumped to version 2.0.0.

Composite devices that did not specify MI=00 were being installed and then were hiding and/or confusing the multiple interfaces presented by the devices. So for instance, the MSC device for UF2 was not appearing.

tested it with gemma and CPX - lets just do it! :)
