This adds IS25LP128F as an alternate flash chip, in addition to the AT25SF128A.
Several users on the #help-with-circuitpython channel reported CircuitPython not working and the flash being different than Arduino's published schematic. @Neradoc made a UF2 build with the new chip and two of the affected users reported success.
