MORE Panel Redesign
- I redesigned the rest of the alert panel controls. I kept some controls the same, but I made the textboxes have placeholders (as well as in the notifications).
- There are now icon buttons in the top bar next to the alert type: Back, Export, Test, and Toggle.
- Edits are now auto-saved.
