- How do we know when a row in the spreadsheet has been updated?
- We probably need a date modified field on every row
- We probably need to check for updates weekly, if we're not getting notified
- Or is there notification and indication as to what was modified?
- Then, do we need a way to ensure that modifications have been captured in our project?
- Weekly: Check Google Sheets document for updates
- Download new sheet
- Diff against previous sheet
- For each difference in "Collaboration State" column, make appropriate change in GitHub project
- The Collaboration State column is intended to be a quick indicator as to whether something is ready for for our review
- OPEN QUESTION: Feedback can be provided to them in comment columns of the spreadsheets after our discussion in GitHub??
- When we object to a measure, we can uncheck (or set to
FALSE
) Column A, indicating to them that they need to review a given measure.- If they object to this, then we can add another column that indicates we have an objection with comments.
- OPEN QUESTION: Seems that the spreadsheet could use a "CIS Accepted" column.
