OS Version: Android 4.4, 4.3 (don't have older releases to try this on)
Severity: 3
Description: Testing out the hopscotch "walkthrough" help; it looks like the Android browser is less and less standards compliant the further back you go. This behavior must have started when we removed the crosswalk browser plugin. :-/
Steps to Reproduce:
Start AIM, create or copy a project, import a file
Open up the adaptation page (search or adapt from the last chapter)
Click on the help [?] button in the upper right of the screen
--> Behavior should be to display callout help "bubbles" over the different areas of the UI, with previous and next buttons to walk you through the controls. Instead, you see the following:
Android 4.3: Callouts are hidden behind everything -- part of the callout is visible through the toolbar, but you cannot see the text, nor can you see the next / previous buttons to iterate through the help screens.
Android 4.4: The callout shows in front, but the Next button cannot be clicked on the screen (the adaptation area behind it takes the click events).
I'm not sure what the behavior is on other versions of Android.

Retested this on Android 5.0.1 -- the help walkthrough is working properly. We are having similar issues in Android < 5.0 in the newer filter dialog for AIM 1.0 beta 6.
