Copied and pasted pages have out of order articles #2404

Expected Behaviour

Copying and pasting a page should also copy the order of the articles, blocks and components.

Actual Behaviour

In pages containing 3+ articles, the article order may be mixed up.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In a page, add 3+ articles. Ensure each article has a unique title.
  2. Navigate to "Course structure". Click the cog menu on a page.
  3. Click "Copy". Click "Paste".
  4. Navigate into the pasted page. Notice that the order of the articles are in a different order.
