When opening or closing the menu, the position of the scrollbar changes

This only occurs when the scrollbar is not at the beginning of the scroll container. This is due to switching the scroll containers when opening or closing the menu.

The fix involves making the menu bar sticky to keep it in place as the user scrolls down the page.

The menubar listener was updated to remove any code that switches the scrollbar from one container to another to keep the scrollbar on the edge of the page. Reference issue #39.
