Hello! I was recently learning how to do awsemmd and found some discrepancies with the introduction steps and the files. All the necessary files besides PDBtoCoordinates.py were in Python3 syntax. Attached is what I believe to be a full working PDBtoCoordinates file in Python3 syntax. Also if there are other commits attached besides labeled PDBtoCoordinates.py those were made by mistake. This is my first pull request so I was playing around with it.
