This is an incremental update which updates the Chromium headless shell to 60.0.3095.0. This includes the just merged additions that add "paper" configuration options to the DevTools Protocol's Page.printToPDF method.
PR also updates the example printToPdf Lambda function handler to make use of the "paper" configuration options.
Bumps some package dependencies to latest. (aws-sdk@2.49.0, nyc@10.3.2)
