To install liger run the following commands:
git clone --recursive https://github.com/adigenova/liger.git liger
cd liger
sh install.shc++ compiler; compilation was tested with gcc version GCC/7.3.0-2.30 (Linux) and clang-1000.11.45.5 (Mac OSX). cmake 3.2+.
