Adds support for Doc field as in default report

The report.html created by Robot has these columns by default, which I am planning to use to customize the report. Any custom HTML must be honored (as in the Robot report), hence the extra call to html_format.

Thank you @pianofab for pull request. I like the idea but most of the time i'm less worried about documentation.

Let us enable documentation based on user choice (by default false). We have did same thing for tags -

robotframework-metrics/robotframework_metrics/runner.py
