Describe the changes you've made

This detects the individual pixel color to the closest known color in the csv file.
This finds the (R,G,B) tuple for the current pixel and subtracts it from the minimum value so that minimization is obtained.

Demo::
(0,0,255)--> will give Blue
(135, 206, 235) --> will give Sky Blue
