Prototype initial release

This is barely tested and probably does not have enough error checks, etc, but works for me! Just doing an initial release in case it's useful to anyone!

UPDATE: Set your Guitar Hero 3 folder to not be read only before running this tool.

To use: just run the program and it exports the songlist for your current game language. To export a different language's songlist, change the game to that language via the registry or GHTCP and run the program again. Warning: you can't change the output file name in this version so it's always songs.csv. Make a copy of that file each time you run the program if you need the output of multiple different languages
