Issue Overview

AdmnFaces templates, admin.xhtml and admin-top.xhtml have a lot of code in common.

Currently this common code is duplicated in both templates.

Create a base template to share common parts of both templates

Current Behaviour

Lots of duplicate code in admin and admin-top pages.

Expected Behaviour

Common code between admin and admin-top should be extracted to admin-base.xhtml.
