do not reset podchaperon is-allowed annotation, because proxy pod doesn't go through scheduling again, so cannot set it note (to be implemented later): we should only recreate if connection is lost, and preferably delete the proxy pod, to potentially schedule replacement in a different target Signed-off-by: adrienjt <adrienjt@users.noreply.github.com>
