Use SPDX identifier instead of full name for OFL license #166

The license name specified in package.json ("SIL Open Font License 1.1") is the full name of the license, but the identifier ("OFL-1.1") should be used instead (see https://docs.npmjs.com/files/package.json#license and https://spdx.org/licenses/).

NPM packages like license-checker (https://www.npmjs.com/package/license-checker) rely on the license being specified with a valid SPDX identifier.
