Task description

The domain portion of the network request when sending out Edge events is dependent on the app ID, and should be able to switch this dynamically depending on the env used for testing.

Create a system to construct the domain (and other required values like location hint) dynamically based on the app ID, ex: https:\\{any-domain}/ee/v1/interact
