Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

In case custom log forwarding is configured, logs are not stored in Adobe infrastructure and so will not be returned by aio rt:activation:logs command.

Describe the solution you'd like

aio rt:activation:logs command should display an info message that explains that custom log forwarding is configured.
