On Mac, the menu item is View > Refresh.
On Win, the menu item is View > Reload.

We should be consistent :-)

This is low priority, but it's an easy fix. The hardest part of this issue is deciding which term to use.

I also nominate for Sprint 8 -- as we get new team members & users, there seems to be growing confusion about the terminology and what it meant.
