Need a shortcut or context menu item to open the document that is currently open as an inline edit.

Currently, you can click on the file name in an inline edit to open the document and bring it to the front. But most users won't know that you can open it that way. A context menu item can reveal that functionality and its keyboard shortcut.

Reviewed - "Open as a top level document" seems to be a desirable command. Inline editor context would be great.
